Attorney Fox was a founding member of Stone, Fox & Ladd, and then practiced as a sole practitioner until the formation of Fox & Foner, LLP, which merged with Brecher Wyner Simons & Bolan in August, 2003 to form what is now Brecher Wyner Simons Fox & Bolan P.C. He has over thirty years of experience in Estate Planning and Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
He has represented Mortgage Lenders, Developers, Buyers, and Sellers in thousands of real estate closings. For many years, he has represented Massachusetts credit unions as both general counsel and as real estate counsel. Attorney Fox has given numerous seminars on estate planning and home buying and has been a frequent speaker for the City of Boston Home Ownership Initiative Program. Attorney Fox is a title insurance agent for First American, Fidelity, CATIC and Old Republic Title Insurance companies.
In addition, Attorney Fox has also handled condominium creation, foreclosures, construction contracts, leasing, LLC and Corporate formation, and general corporate matters, and heads up BWSFB’s Estate Planning Department.
Attorney Fox is honored to have been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer by Boston Magazine for many years running from 2006 through 2020.
Mr. Fox is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Boston University Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars, and he is also a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
